These terms apply when you use stricklekitchen.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Using the store
Use the store lawfully and give true details. Don't misuse the site, get around its security or copy its content.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. We ship only to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, as our Shipping policy explains.
Prices and offers
Prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Any sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping is free, as our Shipping policy explains.
Offer prices, such as an opening offer or a holiday price, apply only on the dates shown on the product page. We don't change the price of an order after you place it.
If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we tell you before your order ships. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and payment
Please check your order and address before you pay. Payment options are shown at checkout.
If we can't fill your order, for example because of stock, payment or delivery problems, we tell you and refund what you paid within 5 business days. We never send a different product without asking you first.
Shipping and refunds
Our Shipping policy explains delivery, delays and lost parcels. Our Refund policy explains the 60-day money back. Please read them before you buy.
Using the sharpener safely
Follow the instructions on our product page and any that come in the box. Knife edges are sharp, and the diamond disc is rough. Keep knives and the sharpener away from children. The sharpener is not for serrated or ceramic blades. Stop using it if it gets damaged, and contact us.
Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, photo or message about the sharpener, you allow us to show it on our store and in our ads, with only your first name or initials. We show honest reviews, good and bad. We may remove personal details, rude language or anything that breaks the law.
Our content
Our name, words and site design belong to us. Some pictures and video come from our supplier or from free-license sources. Don't copy them without permission unless the law allows it.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an order is no more than the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away any right the law says can't be taken away.

Please email us first. We will try to fix it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new effective date. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
